M42 engine with 5sp transmission, wire harness, ecu, header.  This motor was removed w/188,000 miles on it and was in running condition. Comes with new engine hoist for easy loading and moving.  Also includes new motor stand and many extra E30 parts such as hood, front n rear bumpers, driver side door, rear windows, trim parts ect.  This was a father son project but health issues force sale.  Car is sold, now need to move all the parts. $600.00 OBO takes it all. Located in Zionsville IN northwest side of Indianapolis. Do not want to part out, one price for everything. Can email pics

Thanks for posting; sorry to hear of the health issues as well.

Hrmmm is right...I know I don't need all this stuff.  Is anyone interested in splitting this up?  I can potentially store items short-term.

This was our 3rd E30, first 318is.  90% of what is left came from two professional mechanics.  The motor and trans was pulled for s54 swap. Some of the other parts were acquired from BMW mechanic that was moving to Fla.  Would be glad to answer any questions. Thanks for the opportunity to post

I could use the trans and some other stuff but I don't need it all either. Maybe we could work something out Dave?

Dave, under any other circumstances I would say yes.  however right now trying to heal up from surgery, get treatments, and make Dr. appts. So really just do not have the time or ability right now to part out or break all this down. Just trying to move it all at once and be done with it. Would like to see someone with the same vision as I had with keeping a 318is on the road as opposed to having it all end up in a auto scrap yard. Jon

I completely understand - that wasn't my plan though.  Given enough interest, I'd take it all from you and meet up with other M42'ers.  I'm only offering to store it - the M42 mafia would handle pickup and distribution.  :)  Your parts will end up saving two or three cars instead of cluttering up your (or my) garage.

Price Reduction, $500.00 for everything this is a great value. My Grandpa told me you can count on concrete will get hard and crack and cars break down, this is a chance to have a great inventory of parts or work on a rebuild while u drive. Having trouble posting pics here but they r on the web.  Need to get this moved,  Happy Thanksgiving Jon

Wish I was closer, or you could wait a bit longer.  It's too far for a day trip but it'd be perfect to pick up on the way to Chicago.

There has got to be a home for that somewhere. Like the other's, it pains me to be too far away to pick it up.
Have you put this on any of the other e30 sites?

well, that kind of sucks for you but I'd like to send kudos to you for helping somebody out instead of sending to scrape yard.

Well being diag w/ca sucks, but that could be worse. I know this time of year budgets get stretched plus not having any pics did not help but at least it will help keep a car on the road. The kudos go to this site and those interested in helping educate and inform owners to keep these great cars running I have owned many BMW's but love the e30

Great deal to whoever picked it all up - was it a board member?
