Title: Hose part no's?
Post by: lordschleife on March 20, 2006, 05:17:30 PM
Can anyone tell me the part numbers for the hoses that connect to the green spots?

The dealers haven't been much help, and I can't find them on the ETK myself either

the bottom one is the breather from the front of the rocker. there's a few part nos for this:
hose from rocker - 11 15 1 717 858
connector - 11 15 1 727 393
hose by u bend thing - 11 15 1 721 908
right angle connector - 11151277301
small hose to tb - 13541739248

hth
tim - ask on the zone if you want more help on this i'm not on here much

Cheers Tim, but that part's a very thin hose that connects just behind the upper green spot, a hose about 1cm thick comes out of the front and on my car appears to go into the 11 15 1 721 908 bit, which has been blocked off at the back?!
I must have a 2nd one underneath that connects to the metal U bit?

Dunno what someones done there in the past

Trying to make sense of how it should all go, I've made this pic - need any corrections, and that top hose no. still

Have to start a thread on the proper zone when its back up, in the meantime, I'll link up with this one I think...

I've just taken that pic of mine.
i've seen a few iSs and they're all blocked off here. I had to replace this bit a yr or two ago as the original was perished. is this the one?

Would it be part no 13.31.1.272.750 I'm after then?
It looks roughly the right diameter

eurospec, yeah i sorted robin out. strangely the p/n was not listed for the e30 m42, had to grab the p/n from an m40 or something! but it was a bung where you guys have the charcoal canister.

I thought I found those hoses using that colored map.  I hope I am right, but I found all the Part #'s listed in ETKA last night.

For the stuff going to the charcoal canister, I think I used some braided fuel hose stuff I bought in bulk.

Yea, I think I might have pinpointed it. It's #11 in the upper right diagram of the colored map.

Is the canister you're speaking of located #6 on the map? I'm confused.

No.  I believe you are pointing at the fuel pressure regulator at the fuel rail.

The charcoal canister isn't in any of these screens.  You have to go to the fuel system images to find that.  It's very accessable.  I've already replaced mine.

Yeah Tim sorted me out - thanks!
Part number of the caps 11 61 1 727 176 for any UK peeps, or indeed anyone out there without a charcoal canister.

Looks like there are different locations and types of air hoses depending on which country you are in. I am in Australia and my system looks different from the UK pictures above and the pics on realoem.com

I looked at my air hoses today and found lots of splits so I want to replace some of them.

Refer to my pictures. I need the part numbers for A, B, C and D.

A and D are rubber hoses and don't look like the multi-way blocks shown on realoem.

I may be wrong but I think A goes to the ICV without any mutli-way block.

Any suggestions?

There are two siamesed hoses in the drawings. Is on side water and the other air? #17 in the lower left corner.

Ok, so maybe they aren't different after all.

Does #17 look like a normal rubber hose?

Is #17 and the similar #25 easy to replace without removing the inlet manifold? I see there are hose clamps attaching some of the pipes which must be hard to access?
