OK, got a new noise.
The noise occurs when I depress the clutch pedal down in first gear. In may happen in the other gears including neutral but I haven't gotten there yet. There does not seem to be a consistent pattern.
The noise is a "cyclic clicking" and I can feel it in the clutch pedal. It only happens when I engage the clutch. If I let off it stops. Most of the time when I depress the pedal a second time it "goes away."
Any thoughts?

well if it only happens when you press the pedal down, it may be your TO bearing. now a bad TO bearing would usually make a hissing/grinding noise, just like any other bearing. you say you have a clicking sound, maybe it has somethin to do with the clutch fork being loose? either way, youll have to get inside the bellhousing to figure it out.
oh yea and check if it makes that sound in neutral and other gears because thatll help diagnose the problem
