Title: M42 at the track
Post by: Nick_318is on May 12, 2012, 10:00:22 PM
Just some video from a track day I went to yesterday with my 318iS incase anyone is interested.  Engine is stock besides a chip, the suspension is not.

My most entertaining session, trying to keep up with a Porsche that I let by early in the session.

Just a morning session with a GoPro HD that I borrowed.  Picture quality is pretty good, might have to pick one of these up.

Pretty cool, I couldn't watch my own videos, I'd be too stuck critically evaluation my driving. Oh, btw, your links are reversed. The second vid is the porsche chase, the first is the passenger session.

Very nice job! What steering rack do you have? I have a Z3 rack in mine and would never go back.

At the time of these videos I believe I still had the stock rack in the car.  I recently put in a z3 rack(Or whichever has the fewest turns lock to lock).  The new rack is a great improvement on this car.
