Title: Cam Sensor Bolt Size?

What is the size and pitch of the bolt that holds the cam sensor in place?

I know that it's an allen head bolt and it looks like an M6, but I don't know the length or the pitch.

From bmwfans.info it looks like it's M6 x 16mm.  Not sure the pitch.

All of the M6 bolts on the car have M6x1 threads.
