Gah. Motor's OK, right?

Yeah the motor is alright, I think. I didn't see anything that shouldn't have been in the pan and once I knew there was a leak I didn't go far or have the oil light to come on, so I'm hopeful everything is good.
I also took the time to check the upper pan bolts while I was in there (all of them nice and tight). I put some grey RTV on the gasket and I'm giving it overnight to bond, I'll fill her up tomorrow and hope for no leaks or any other problems.

m42 oil pan busted is pretty old news. you're not even low, what did you hit?

A driveway, it was a little steeper than it looked and I was going a little faster than I should have been. I know it's old news this is the 2nd one I've broken, just got the car out for the year and putting it out as a friendly reminder.

That's the exact reason I bought a "severe duty skidplate," never have to worry about that again with one if those.
