I had a couple free hours this weekend and finally got around to doing this. It was pretty simple, all said & done. The link below is to the story/writeup. I also added this to the How-To sticky.

Nice. I have to get around to doing this one day.

I have went back and forth on body colored rockers and lower skirts. With an "is" lip painted body color there is an overbite look to some colors with black rockers and lower rear skirts. My car is diamondschwarz so it makes little difference. Red and white are a different story. Photoshop is the easy way to compare. In the end it's a matter of personal preference.

Yeah I debated body color. I felt like it would make the car look too tall...and it would have taken HOURS of scrubbing to get the old stuff off!

Oh and don't you love the awful CA winter weather seen in the pictures! It was awful, it got down to like 42F last night!

It's been "down" into the forties here a few times. It's cooled off from the summer though and is only 86 today.

Damn, I wish it was still 86 here. I am much more a hot weather person than cold.

I wish it was 86 here too! It's close to 90!

Nice writeup. I painted mine with POR-15 black and a paintbrush.
I'll post some pics soon and you can see which one you like best.
