So I've got most everything hooked up but when I go to put on the air intake I have a hole on the bottom of it and nothing to put in there. There are two holes and the one closest to the intake is the one causing my issue.
I took a couple of pics. I am looking all around the engine bay but I can't find anymore things that aren't connect. Am I missing something?

The one closest to the intake manifold should be plugged! At least thats how mine is!
-
Thanks man, I just figured that out. On my old motor the hose running into the bottom of the throttle body ran into that spot on the intake tube. I just now realized that my throttle body was different from my old one and didn't have a connection there. What is it plugged with?

Well, here is the plug I made. Its the end cap off of a cheap precision screw driver I found in the car when i bought it. It was tapered so I took on of the hose connectors from my old motor and pressed and glued the cap in there and put it in the intake tube. I hose clamped it because that part of the intake tube is cracked. I am hoping it wont cause any issues.

Here is how the engine bay sits as of tonight. Sorry for the dark pic. My phone battery was too dead to flash. But I need to tweak the exhaust mani, bolt up the A/C and install the radiator. And then cross my fingers and hope she starts.

:DMake sure you hook up the coils too...
-
Oh yeah, I didn't put them in the list considering the level of difficulty. But now that you said that it reminded me that I haven't hooked up any ground straps. I know there is one right by the A/C compressor. Is there one somewhere else?
-
Driver's motor mount has one too, IIRC.
-
I'll look at it. I made a post earlier but its not showing up in the thread. I assume you have seen it judging by the coils comment. You know what happened with it?

Sorry about that, the post was flagged. I approved it, so everyone can see it now.
