Title: Well found another one...opinions?

Well the guy in Portland wants 3800.00 on e-bay, but I found this one today.

What do you guys think; only problem is it is much higher price, and it is 11hrs away.
In general what do you think you would offer?

Nice skirts, looks solid, love the color.  Not nearly enough info, interior is a bit down.  No pics of the underside.

I'd want a pristine interior for that kind of scratch.  The recent timing chain overhaul and the coil-overs might make it all worthwhile for you, but too expensive IMHO.

There's a beat-up '91 318is for sale in my neck of the woods for $1500.  I'll see if he has some pics.
