Title: Mess Under The Intake HELP Needed.....

So I finally got to rip all of the garbage out from under the intake today. I need some help with the vacuum lines because the thread I followed off here was missing the pictures.

Here is what I need to know:
Where does the other end of the ICV connect and which way does the flow go?
And where does the crankcase vent to?
And what connects to the port under the throttle body?

I've got 4 total openings and I know two connect the ICV and two vent the valve cover. I just don't know which goes where. Thanks for any help!
