white base, comes with bezel and pigtails, its missing 1 retainer clip on one switch but still works and lights up, i dont have retainer clips on mine and they dont move around

late model valance its in decent condition, it still looks presentable. its still in the car
but will be taken off tomorrow or saturday...
black in color, and does not come with the brake ducts and no fogs no lip
im keeping them....
