Likely just some burned out bulbs.

Thanks are these actually bulbs or those tiny LEDs ?
Easiest way to pop out the panel or just access the bulbs?
I had just installed a Kenwood AM/FM/CD and while it was the same size the Sleeve was junk so I have a nice force fit but would hate to have to take it out to access some bulbs..
