I have one of Scottie Sharpe's CNC'd MAF boxes. This thing was milled from solid billet aluminum. It's worth a lot more than I'm asking for it.

See his original thread on it here: http://www.m42club.com/forums/showthread.php?t=1757 (http://www.m42club.com/forums/showthread.php?t=1757)
I'd like $150 for this + shipping (should be $10-15, unless you specify the need for overnight UPS or snow-owl delivery). The box is bolted to the upper half of the M42 air cleaner, which doesn't half to stay on. I'll ship it either way, but, obviously, a larger box will mean more shipping cost, but not much.
Email me at clay dot weiland at gmail dot com or call 202 seven one three 7653. I offer no knowledge of the conversion; I just obtained this part and would hate to see it go to waste.
Thanks!

How well does it work?

why are you getting rid of it as well?

I have no idea. I am pretty new to the M42 world, so I'm going to stick with the stock AFM for now.

I'm sticking with the stock AFM box. I'm just learning about the M42, so I don't want to try modifying it just yet. I got the part with some other stuff from Scottie and I figured that someone here could benefit from it. It's pretty cool; milled from billet aluminum. Out of my realm, but someone here could certainly make it work.
