Title: Engine operating temperature

Hi all, can anyone with a Bentley manual tell me what the normal range for engine temperature is ie: 190 to 230 degrees ?

Aux fan turns onto low mode at 91 C and onto high mode at 99 C.

Stock thermostat begins to open at 80 C and fully opens at 100 C.

I couldn't find anything beyond this.
