Title: Power Steering hoses. PNs?
Post by: mikesjo on September 26, 2006, 12:26:13 AM
What are the part numbers for our power steering hoses? I've been told there are 3 hoses. What the part numbers are I don't know. I've looked on realoem.com and that diagram is confusing, I usually can figure things out but not this one.

Also, are the parts for a 325 power steering system the same for the 318is? Reason I ask is because bmaparts.com lists 3 hoses for the 325 but none for the 318.

$175 for a power steering hose. No way. I went to a hydraulic hose shop. They cut the banjo fitting, soldered their type compression fitting to it, and used their hose (same diameter). Cost $65. You can get all three done for the cost of the pressure hose alone.
