Title: Tire size?

Hey guys I feel pretty stupid, but I've been looking up tire sizes for the wheels I'm getting and am coming up with a load I'd different answers.  The wheels are esm 002 16x7.5 with a20mm offset.  I'm having the most trouble calculating and figuring out what the true wheel width is from lip to lip and what the tire width should be accordingly.  I don't want to have a vertical sidewall our stretched tire, however I don't want it bulging over.           225/45/16 seems to be a close width, maybe too wide?  Any input is greatly appreciated, I'm so confused and stuck right now.

Thank you, although I have already read that thread, and the countless others.  I ended up getting 205/50/16, not exactly what I wanted, but pretty close.  Thank you
