Make sure to change all the gaskets and washers when changing oil and oil filter. Where is the leak coming from? If you are low on oil, only the oil light will come on but if you have the CEL on, then it could be a sensor not working due to low oil somehow.

oh am i suppose to change the gasket ring?
-
the CEL was something else i messed with now its off but do i need to change the drain plug gasket after every oil change? i changed the gaskets in the oil filter
-
you should change them as they get warped when you tighten the bolt. But first you need to figure out where oil is leaking from. Is the bolt all wet under it?

idk ill last time i check it was a bit of oil under the bolt but i tighten it. but i need to check again to see if it still from there

Yes, #9 is a copper crush washer and should only be used once. Every time you tighten the drain bolt, it deforms to make a good seal and prevents leaks.
If you get a good oil filter from Mahle etc, the crush washer, o-rings, etc are all included in the kit.

oh ok ill look into that next oil change
