Did you change the gasket ring on the oilplug?

Make sure to change all the gaskets and washers when changing oil and oil filter. Where is the leak coming from? If you are low on oil, only the oil light will come on but if you have the CEL on, then it could be a sensor not working due to low oil somehow.

you should change them as they get warped when you tighten the bolt. But first you need to figure out where oil is leaking from. Is the bolt all wet under it?

Yes, #9 is a copper crush washer and should only be used once.  Every time you tighten the drain bolt, it deforms to make a good seal and prevents leaks.

If you get a good oil filter from Mahle etc, the crush washer, o-rings, etc are all included in the kit.
