Title: Feeler: Parting out '91 318i
Post by: Systema on December 07, 2010, 12:51:30 PM
I hate to see it come to this, but I think my trusty E30 has finally bitten the bullet. Luckily, I'll be moving out and won't need a car for a while, so I think I am going to part it out. Before I start tearing it to pieces, I'd like to get an idea of whether or not anybody would be interested, so if you have a need for anything, let me know! If I get enough responses I'll probably get started pretty soon.

Sorry to say it, but the body is a 4 door, and it's got some battle wounds so it's not the prettiest thing in the world.

I'll get some pics up soon so you guys can get a general idea of what shape everything's in.

I am looking for these screws from the knee bolster in the dash. http://home.comcast.net/~cdeegan9/dashboard/dscf0011.jpg

They are 3 black plastic screws.. they don't actually screw in, just a half-turn screw.

Also, looking for the switch in the trunk that turns the trunk light on.. it has 1 screw and is located right near the trunk light.

Please let me know if you have these parts shipped to 34209!

does it run?  What is the condition of the engine.  I live in Michigan (Bay City) and might be interested in the entire drivetrain....  engine, trans (linkage), radiator, driveshaft, wiring, sesnors, etc etc

I sent you a PM as well
