just finished testing this heat shield that i built.
convincing test, 800km drive from Northern Beaches, Sydney to Gold Coast and the intake was cold to touch!

built from an old computer case, rivited together...crude, but effective :)

Looks pretty good to me. You gonna put a removal cover on top like ECIS style?

This is really inspiring! Makes me want to sort through the computers in the basement and work up a heat shield for myself :)
