Im clean out my boot and found this. Its on both side and the pipe leads up the c-pillar. Any ideas?

Looks to be sunroof drain tubing. Do you have a sunroof?

Yep, sunroof drain tube running into the left trunk flap vent. That keeps condensation from building up too much, works like a dryer vent.
It also helps to make the doors a bit easier to close, a tighter car would be much more difficult to close the doors. Later models like the 750iL let the windows down slightly when you swing the doors closed.

blow them out from the top with an air gun periodically. It will keep the drains clear and help to avoid rusting issues.
