Title: M42 Exhaust Manifold Fit...?

Does any one know if an M42 stock exhaust manifold will fit an M10? I've been looking for an exhaust manifold for my '84 and all I seem to be able to find is M42 ones.

the spacing is different.. Better match would be the S14 manifold but need to modify slightly, assuming that the port is round for the M10 and elongated for the S14...

Pelican Parts have got a gen BMW one if you want one brand new: 11-75-1-706-360-BOE. $329.75 To me thats cheap.
