I have a pair of H&R sports, part no. 50404. According to the H&R website, (http://hrsprings.com/scripts/appguide.php?Mode=Make+Guide&SubMode=Find3&MakeID=4) they will lower an a M42 318i/iS 1.25" in the front, and a 325e/i/iS 1" in the front. $55 shipped obo.
Just to be clear, the part no. for these springs is 50404.55. The H&R website lists a part number of 50404 for m42 e30s. It was my understanding that these are the same springs, but this may not be correct, I've heard conflicting information.

Here they are compared to my Racing Dynamics lowering springs.
