every cylinder was really low but they were all the same....130
what could this indicate???? head gasket???? any input would be appreciated. thank you i did this because its overheating and the cooling system if all new except for the radiator and fan clutch, which i know works just fine

Leakdown test on all cylinders would tell you if your rings are smoked. 130 is only a few lbs under spec iirc. Still, low compression = sad motor.

thanks thats the next sep

I'm surprised it runs at 130. You should be up around 200.

its running great, im pretty sure i did it right, warmed it up and opened the throttle all the way

head was warped, got it machined, but do i need to do the timing cover too?
