front window wont go down

H reg 318i 2 door lux

Drivers window wont go down

When I press up switch can hear window motor working (so motor OK?)

When I press down no noise from motor

plug in your passenger switch and see if u got a bad one.

Good idea I will try that  Is it OK to drench switch in wd40?

Just tried your idea of swopping switches (I dont know why I didnt think of it!)
and it worked fine
