So I got my supersprint exhaust in yesterday and put it on today after work. The mid pipe isn't even close to the same bends as the factory setup. It hangs down because where the "channel" is that exhaust is suppose to run to, it's not that close to it. The flat spot for the subframe isn't even close to the subframe, it's about 8 inches in front of it
I mean I'm not upset too much, I can fab up a new mid pipe that will work. Just sucks you pay $550 for an exhaust and it doesn't fit good at all.
Oh and besides the fitment, it sounds amazing and I love the tip!

I don't have any experience with the SuperSprint exhaust, but are you sure you got the correct one for an E30 318is?
The subframe pinch location alone makes me question whether you have the correct exhaust.

The mid pipe hangar lines up pretty good, so that makes me wonder. Plus the pictures that are listed for a 318is looks like the exact system I have.
On another note, I had to get a new rear muffler hanger and I ended up getting an Ansa universal kit. I'm wondering if I have the actual upper muffler straps mixed up. Looks like they each go in a certain location.
Does anyone have a picture of their factory strap locations?
It may explain why mine doesn't fit good. Because the straps are in the wrong spots which is causing the muffler to be rotated.

^ this... maybe they sent you an e36 exhaust?

Hmmm, I'm gonna contact the company and talk with them.

Well just from comparing pictures on Turner's website. It looks like I have the right one.
I lost my contact info for the company, so I'm gonna try and find it today.
