Title: Idling problem

My 1991 318is started showing the CEL after my son and I thoroughly cleaned the engine with 40 psi water and degreaser.  It will idle fine with the CEL lit, but dies after it is revved up and CEL goes out.  Anyone have experience with this or have any ideas where to start troubleshooting?

Vacuum hose was loose.  Problem solved.

Glad you got it sorted.  Which hose was it?
