Im ready for 24 Valves, Ive got a 318is with 190k including ecu, mark d chip COP etc. im looking to trade the motor plus cash, to do an M50 (maybe s50) swap.  I have no place to do this, and I'd really like to get some experience under my belt before I start doing some more projects with other people.

I do have experience rebuilding motors, plenty of shop hours, etc, just dont have the facilities, and all the experience yet.

I would love to rock a ITB'd Cam'd M42 if I had the moneys, but the problem Is that I dont want to do a bottom up Build of an M42, Id rahter spend three days swapping in a smooth six for the same cost, while someone else can build a beastly m42, or turbo the mofo.
