Intercooled, 60Lb injectors, Motronic tuned, T3/T4 hybrid china turbo rebuilt with garret seals, internal wastegate, ebay knock-off blow off valve, stock internals(metric blue head studs)

What mods were done to the AFM ? :) So you're running standard Motronic just remaped? Thanks
-
bmwconnect, do you have pictures of the underside? just curious about the wastegate clearance!

Afm is not modded... I opened it up to check the spring and pention meter wiper arm condition and yes it's the Motronic 1.7.2 with my tune

I have none at this time but waste gate is internal anyway so there wouldn't be much to see... next time its up in the air I will gladly take some shots for ya though

here is some pulls with 15psi and conservative ignition timing so at 3800rpm to 7000rpm it's at 16degs advance....When I run 20degs advance it's much quicker then those videos and if I advance to 23 degs I get some mild detonation so 19-20 degs is a good point for 91 octane

lol ok .. sorry people.. now back to the turbo.. how much did u spend for the turbo setup?
-
About $1500...witch I would say is totally worth it for the power increase
-
not bad.. how muh hp are u at?
-
Anywhere from 260whp-280whp @15PSI ... A similar setup to mine made 250whp @12psi

Really cool, to see the stock engine managment can take it when tuned properly. Thank you very much for your answers. Too bad I'm in Europe, so I can't have it tuned from you :(

Actually I could but it would require you to purchase a $40 chip burner and we would need to swap files back and forth a few times to get it correct and ofcourse you would need a wideband lambda sensor installed at your end... send me a email if your interested... $300 for a turbo tune
cheers
