I'm thinking here's my options:
1. Try to use some sort of adhesive and bond it to the trunk; scrape/sand and rattlecan (cheap, quick, might look like shit).
2. Pull it off, try to straighten it, scrape/sand and rattlecan (cheap, not so quick, might make it worse).
3. Finally buy a new spoiler, have it primed/painted in a booth by someone else (not cheap, best results).
Ummm how do you upload images? I've linked to tinypic.com with the [ IMG ] tag; not showing up.

Id try a heat gun and some clamps first.

Apply some heat to the curled up side and clamp it down? The spoiler material is some sort of dense foam, not sure how well it'll handle the heat.
