Post by: 92BMW318is on May 09, 2010, 07:38:11 PM
does anyone know what the gear ratio for a 93 automatic 318is diff, would be
and would it fit and work flawlessly with no changes to rpm in my 92 318is Manuel.

need somthing close to my stock diff.

Auto diff will probably be a 4.10 and the manual will be a 3.45.

So yeah, it WILL work, but you WONT want to do it unless you like 5k at 70mph on the interstate.

Yeah torque multiplier would be nice, but having to drive on any road more than 60mph would suck very very badly.

You've wasted more space starting a thread about the same stuff in your other thread.

You have no clue what the hell you're talking about.  If you did then you wouldn't have made such a ridiculous statement. My post was the largest one there:eek:

Now I know you're wasting everyone's time here and on the other post. Go read and learn about what you think you might have and might fit and then get back to us with an educated, sensible, logical, and realistic view point that really needs attention.
