edit: price is ridiculous.

i hate that shit.

Can't see a problem?! It's not exactly BarryBoys.co.uk...
Obviously the price is high though.
-
Son of a bitch I wish I could find a set of those wheels.

VERY rare car, especially in 5-speed. That's not the '92 Alpine II appearance package car. That's a genuine M-Tech II. In that condition it's worth 12-13k easy.
-
I dont think they came in 5spd did they ken? And I only think that white verts came here, and also silver ones (which there are only 6 known)
I think 5spd was added by that car. An enthusiast sold it to them for sure.
i can list 500 things that were added and are not on appearance cars.

That's not an "Appearance Package" car. Those were only in 92 and only in Alpine II.
The only real M-Tech cars we got in the states were 1991 convertibles and were silver and red. You can tell it's a US market car bc of the parking lights on the side of the bumper and the third brake light.
Of the US bound ones, which were very few to begin with, only a very small portion were manuals.
Like I said, I wouldn't take a dime under $13k for that car.

I know, I am a noobie, and in the minority, but I like it.
Depends on whats under the hood, but if I were to buy a car in the 15 grand range, this would one would be in my top 10% on my list.

I am on a small laptop, so I can't see if those are 15s. Anyone know?
-
its the first thing everyone here noticed. it's safe to say they're 15s
for one thing the rim's got a dunlop on it. i'd have dunlops but like all good tires theres non in 14 so i have to settle for bridestone pole positions, which are the best allseason tire at this size but that isn't saying much, and they're expensive. f^@k bmw...
-
tracked it down, dunlop sp sport 5000, only in 15's & up
http://www.tirerack.com/tires/tires.jsp?tireMake=Dunlop&tireModel=SP+Sport+5000+Symmetrical&partnum=965HR55000
also..
dunlop just came out with new summer sport tire for 14s? says "new" when i looked for tires under the "modern" oem spec (195-60-14)
http://www.tirerack.com/tires/TireSearchResults.jsp?autoMake=BMW&autoYear=1991&autoModel=318is&autoModClar=&width=195%2F&ratio=60&diameter=14&x=54&y=16 hooray for us with basketweavers
btw highly recomend these: (unless you care about gas mileage)
http://www.tirerack.com/tires/tires.jsp?tireMake=Bridgestone&tireModel=Potenza+RE960AS+Pole+Position
only $69 now!

yes ken i know about the kit just saying. the place probably bought it an flipped it for double on price. you can buy a vert and get a kit and paint it cheaper for 13k
