Noobie/lurker that finally registerd and decided to post. I have a 318is that I want to remove the head from. I have some basic knowledge on basic stuff but when i looked at the top of the valve cover and stuff i didnt know where to belong in removing the head.
Why am I doing this? The car was totalled and I want to remove the head and other parts off this car.. Shame really since it was clean and the motor was rebuilt about 17k miles ago.
Any specific tools or locations of bolts to remove the head? Not too familiar with this forum layout..
than you all and I enjoy seeing all the pics and positive responses on here...:D

the interface is a little cryptic;
- (upper right) click on main groups
- click on Engine
- click on M42 (that's us)
- (upper right) click on 'constr. goups'
- click on 'Cylinder Head - Remove' and then use the arrow keys for the instructions
