anyone know the stock spring rate for 318is????

Soft and too high.  :)

But seriously I think it would be hard to measure as I believe they are progressive rate springs which make it kinda hard to determine.

What are you planning on doing? I'm runnig Eibach springs and whilst they're great when you're cruising about, they're not up to the job when you press on.
