Tony,

I talked to the owner about this car and was interested until I saw the rust. There was a significant amount on the rear panel under the license plate and on the rockers behind the front wheels so I passed on the car. When you saw the car in person did you notice any rust. I may reconsider if it is not as bad as I think.

Admittedly, I've just seen it at some club events and not too recently. I wasn't looking to buy it so i didn't look at it with that kind of eye.

He lives just a few miles from me, if you are really serious I can go take a look at it and let you know what I think.  But I am out of town for a week as of tomorrow.

It is definately a driver though. I believe it was originally his track car until he bought something with an M prefix and the last couple of years it has doubled up as a winter DD. Hence the snow tires included in the sale.
