Hi mate welcome nice to see another from the UK
I will be watching this post as I have a 1990 that I have chiped but want a bit more
-
it dosent seem like anyone wants to talk lol
-
i know nothing about mods for this engine

^^Then why did you bother posting?
Best upgrades are a chip; most seem to like Mark Dsylva chips the best. The exhaust isn't terrible from the factory, but a good cat-back can help. There isn't a whole lot to gain with throttles. The flywheel will help a lot through the first 2 gears and maybe into third. Check out metricmechanic.com for more in-depth mods

chip, cop kit, 4 pintle injectors, no throtlle body heater crap will also help
