Title: Power Seat Installation

I have heard of quite a few people installing either E36 or E46 power seats in their E30, but I cannot find a thread or advice on any forum of how to do it.  I have a set of E46 power heated sport seats I bought back in August.  My wife is screaming to the top of her lungs to either put them in the car or get them out the house.  I've been putting this off too long and I need to install them in my 318i.  Does anyone know how to do this or the best place to get advice on this?

I've heard of guys just drilling new holes & using bolts.  The e36 & e46 seats are wider, so measure twice & drill once.
