just wondering what your harness that is coming off of the firewall onto the pass side of the engine bay where the battery could possibly be in other non-is applications. does this look right?

Can't really see too well from that pic, but it looks normal
-
mine looks like that....
-
I'm sorry, that picture is too big. Can you find a smaller pic please.
-
Is that a car? Hang on, let me get my glasses...:p Not to snipe, but I have a 318i sedan...we're just as M42 as you coupe guys!
Mine looked like that until I put a COP kit in. :D
Now it's the perfect place to bungee a gallon of distilled water & an extra quart of oil. Never hurts to be prepared for the slings & arrows of outrageous fortune.

i reread my post, not only is the picture WAY too big...but the engrish in it is awesome. I mean who needs punctuation...or a coherent sentence structure for that matter, to communicate?
thanks for the replies everyone, i was just wondering if they all had that harness bundle that crosses over the battery tray. my questions have been answered. now back to reading that manual on how to post crap on the internets

It's just a series of tubes...dunno if that helps, I'm still confused.

Oh I want the m3 cover......... I can has? ;)
-
dude wats the part # for that cover

51 71 1 380 392, cost about $30 5 years ago. And I had to trim it a bit to fit properly, since the M3 doesn't have the harness that runs right across there on the bottom, but YMMV. It's not perfect, but it sure does look better!

I always wanted it and just ordered it from Tischer BMW. Only $20 plus shipping.
