Title: Lower oil pan

Hi everyone, I tried using the search feature for this but it does not work for anything I type in it- just says sorry, no matches.

Anyway, does anybody know if an e30 m40 lower oil pan will fit an e30 m42 setup? This is the second time I busted my lower pan, and as sick I am of this happening I have to fix it, and ASAP. A local scrap yard has a couple older e30 318's, so im wondering if a pan off of that will work?

search on realoem.com and see if the part numbers cross
