as you can see i kno i need to replace the flex disc, but i think im gonna need to replace the flange that comes out the transmission as well cause its pretty bad, does anyone know anywhere i can get the flange that comes out the transmission? please help

I'd chance it, just put in a new guibo & replace the bolts.
If not, I'm sure someone on here has an output flange.

yeah thats what i was thinking, but the screws stripped how would you recommend getting it off

Vice grips & PB Blaster or WD40. If that doesn't do it drill a hole & take your time with an easy-out.

Hi, I would change the flange. Best bet would be to get one from a wreckers/junkyard. Or give me your model & year and I'll get you the part no. and then a price from Pelican Parts except it will proberbly be a special order part as only BMW make it. (No aftermarket types).

That looks like what happened to one of mine, i ended up replacing the guibo, the csb, and the driveshaft

so ill be replaccing the flex disc, and center bearing, but as for the driveshaft how do i check if its balanced or in still good condition? and in what order should i go in to install theses parts?
