Im trying to figure out which resistor I need for my 91 318is
 
its manuel, fan has 4 speeds, AC, heat everything stock.
 
 
But I noticed that the resistors are different, one has 3 spades, and one has 4.
 
 
 
any input before i tear into it

Bmw021573, the one with the 4 spades, each spade represent the speeds which is 4
