i need to order new front lower control arms. THe ball joint is completely shot on one side, so i figure that it is a good time to replace the LCA on both sides. I have looked at pelican and bma. THere are a couple of brands of arms out there.
Which one doe you guys recomend. Some say that they dont come with bushings. Does this mean that i would have to buy the ball joint seperately, or is it all one piece..
Also, do you guys have experience with any of these brands? Is there one that you would recomend, or should i assume that they are all the same and go with the cheapest one.
Thanks
Matt

No its all one piece. I paid about 90$ for one. I went and ordered them from a local German parts Garage. The ball joints and everything are on it. Good luck.
-
thanks. Are all of the brands of equal quality?
-
I know they're not all equal in quality. I've had decent luck with Meyle, but then I hear that they're junk. I'm not sure. The Lemfoerders are best IMHO, but nearly twice as expensive.

I ordered a set of Febi's from Pelican.
-
I don't remember what mine are. Sorry.
-
I just got in from out of town. Lemfoerder are the OEM version. I also can get them about $15 cheaper than Pelican. Let me now if you cancel order and would like them.
-
Damn. Mine already shipped, otherwise I would take you up on that Monty.
I havent heard any horror stories about the Febi's, so i should be fine. Thanks guys.:)
